PURPOSE of this BLOG (with pic)

After giving birth to my son, I went from a ravishing 140 (still too fat by some standards, but I thought I was ONE HOTTTTT MAMA) to 220 lofty pounds.  In essence, it took me 7 years to lose 65 pounds and only one year to gain 14 of those back - YIKES!!!  However, my weight loss included no gimmicks, no tricks - just good old fashion exercise, and better eating (Yep, I said it, not even healthy eating, just better).  My endeavor is to move this 5'2, 169 lb frame to a comfortable and healthy body mass index by trying various exercise programs.  The first program will be P90x, and I'm not exactly sure what will follow, but I'm clear on my goals for now.  I'm not a P90x represenative in any way, fashion, or form;  I'm just  a young, female attempting to discover my own personal maze for creating a lifestyle of healthy eating and ongoing exercise.  I hope that others find relevance in my stories, struggles, and experiences and use them to work through your own personal maze.

Finally, I'm one beautiful BODACIOUS THICK CHICK that's going to rock this exercise routine and prove that ANYONE that has the will can make a way!!!
